ABOUT ME
Personal Development Coach
After fifteen years in corporate Media Sales & Marketing and Local Government, I experienced a life altering event resulting in trauma, anxiety and depression. During this time I was forced to dig deep within and begin using the tools and resources I had been researching and obtaining for more than seven years.
I realized the work and research I had already begun is what prepared me to overcome the personal trauma that completely blindsided me and my family.

After combining that extensive research with my real life experiences and a commitment to continue to educate myself, I was able to turn my pain into my purpose. It was then that I was able to write a book and counsel myself and family to healing not only that trauma but generational traumas.

I am humbled and grateful to now be able to use those tools and experiences to help others heal their trauma.
