This book is a resource tool designed to be used in companionship with LBD coaching sessions.  It is thin and lightweight so it is easily portable and accessible to always be available for reminders and guidance in between sessions.
 
It is also beneficial to those not ready to purchase sessions as a precursor as well as being very  informative and inspirational.
